Jim Prentice founded J.F. Prentice Construction in 1986. He is a Virginia State Licensed and Insured State Building Contractor (#2704 016123) and has over 35 years experience in construction, including over 27 years experience as a carpenter. He is also a member of the Better Business Bureau of the Greater Washington Area.
We pay particular attention to who we put in your home to perform the work. Trained, clean and polite craftsmen are the ONLY type of workers we use because all our work is done around moms, dads, kids and pets. J.F. Prentice Construction has stayed a small business in order to better serve our customers' needs and use only the best workers in all building trades.
Services
We offer professional design and building services for residential properties in Northern Virginia. Although finished basements are our specialty, we also build large additions, decks, porches and sunrooms as well as remodel kitchens and baths.
